Old school barreled double IPA, 7.8% ABV, 75IBU- this beer was brewed with hops that we’re in high demand before fruity IPA’s became popular. Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Cascade help bring out a side that is resinous, aromatic and fruity, similar to the classic IPAs of the 2000s. Lastly, this beer has been refined in neutral oak barrels, ones that have never been used for the maturation of strong alcohols before. This is what helps highlight the taste and complexity of the wood.
