Cream Ale Traditionnelle
This beer is fermented and conditioned at low temperature, which is called a Lagerized Ale. This process allows the beer to ferment “softly” and limits the development of esters (taste, smell) that the yeast produces, which makes the beer softer and lighter. Slight taste of corn and good malt/hop balance.
Summary: This blonde ale is light and refreshing, which is perfect after a day of work and/or a summer day.
